Designated Broker - Steve Cook
Steve has been in commercial real estate since 1979, has managed a large commercial firm with over 75 agents, and assisted agents in closing transactions and developing marketing strategies.
As a past Real Estate School Administrator and Instructor for Real Estate Continuing Education of Washington, Steve has written 17 commercial courses that are approved for continuing education. Steve has also been a speaker at Commercial Connections Washington State.
From 1985 to 1996 Steve was the Designated Broker of a Downtown Commercial Brokerage with 78 agents; from 200 to 2008 he was the Commercial Sales Manager for Coldwell Banker Commercial Del Bianco Realty. During that time, Steve was the Top Commercial Agent with Coldwell Banker Commercial Del Bianco from 2000 - 2007 and in the top 2% in earnings for all of Coldwell Banker nationwide in 2002. In 2008 Steve opened a new Real Estate Brokerage, Cornerstone Commercial Investment Properties.
