I grew up in a middle class family in Burien, Washington with two brothers and a sister. Burien and the surrounding community have always held a special place in my heart. I went to school there and met lots of kids, who today I still have contact with on a regular basis.
After school, I joined the U.S. Navy for a four year tour of duty. I was fortunate enough to be stationed at Miramar Naval Air Station, USS Providence CLG-6, USS Nicholas DD449, and Qui Nhon, Vietnam. The Navy afforded me the opportunity to travel the far east and visit many interesting and exciting countries.
After my military service I met Kathy, who a few years later became my wife. We have two wonderful daughters and one grandson.
I spent many years in the wholesale grocery business with Pacific Fruit & Produce Company and Charlie's Produce, both in Seattle. I was blessed to have worked with great people and also provide a very good living for my family. I was able to become involved with grocery and produce sales to Alaska. I worked in the food industry as a purchasing manager, sales manager and general manager.
I recieved my Real Estate license in 1995. In 2001 I became a full time Real Estate Professional. I enjoy working with first time buyers as well as experienced home buyers. I still believe that Real Estate is the best long term investment a person can make. I've been involved in several construction projects such as: single family homes, townhomes and condominiums sales over the past eight years. I consider myself to be knowledgable in dealing with raw and developed land, new construction and resale homes.
If I can be of any assistance to you, please call me and we can discuss your Real Estate needs.
Sincerly,
