We believe that you should only pay for the services and tools that you need and want for the services you are providing to your clients.  Why should you have to pay high transaction fees to support the costs of unproductive agents?  We do not charge franchise fees or realtor dues.  Don't have a need for the Business Opportunity multiples?  Don't pay for them!  All of our costs are upfront, not hidden.  We don't like suprises fees when we earn commissions and we believe you don't like those suprises either!

Cornerstone Commercial Investment Properties is a Brokerage Fee style office.  We offer a variety of Monthly Fee vs Agent Split levels allowing you to choose the program that best suites your needs and goals.

Cornerstone maintains an office with conference space for Associates useage and Associates have 24/7 access to the office.

Most Cornerstone Associate's work from thier home office.  Desks are available in limited quantities.
