Growing up in a Real Estate family, with not one, but both parents being Commercial Real Estate Brokers, has been a great advantage to my Real Estate career. I’ve learned that I can enjoy the experience of earning a living while helping others meet their dreams and goals. Over the past four years I have listed and sold a diverse grouping of commercial properties; ranging from Business Opportunities to Apartments, and even a Church. The challenges and opportunities of working the different types of properties, researching the supporting information for each, and developing the individual marketing plans are some of the most rewarding aspects of my career.
Prior to my career in Commercial Real Estate, I worked for 17 years in restaurants; filling all positions from dishwasher to server to manager. Having known all aspects of a particular industry has helped me a great deal by providing me with experience and insights that prove valuable in helping my customers reach their goals.
Outside of my career, I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughter; ranging from at home family time to family outings both local and afar. As a family we also enjoy spending time with our extended families, whether it be just dropping in for a visit, attending church or taking a trip with them.
I am blessed to have so many wonderful people and opportunities in my life and I choose to show my thanks by giving back to the community. My church sponsors a Community Clothing Closet and once a month I volunteer my time to cook a home-style dinner for the people who come to the Clothing Closet.
I am also involved with the local Harley Davidson Owners Group. This group provides me with many opportunities to give back through events and motorcycle rides that benefit various charities, many of which provide for children and pets.
