1.  Reservation Deposit: At Miller Creek Junction you can reserve a home of your choice for as little as a $1,000 deposit.  Your registration deposit will be held at First American Escrow in Federal Way.  Upon completion you will be given the opportunity to move forward with your purchase or simply walk away.  If you choose to walk away, your reservation deposit will be refunded immediately.
